Air Plugs & Air Rings
Cyclo Instruments manufactures Air Plugs And Air Rings compatible to various air gauging systems used in the country. Air Plugs in the range of 6 to 200mm diameter and Air Rings in the range of 10 to 100mm diameter; are designed to inspect internal and external diameters respectively; where the work tolerances are of the order of +/- 0.030 mm or closer.
Made of tool steel; their very fast response time; sensing accuracy and accessibility have made them favorite inspection tools in mass production; covering industries such as Automobiles; Refrigeration; Textile; Bearing and Electric motor. Very useful inspection tools to determine form variations; they provide first-hand information of the machine error & the error introduced in the tool setting.
