Master Setting Ring Gauges & Plain Go/No Go Ring Gauges
Cyclo Instruments manufactures Master Setting Rings in the range of 6 to 500 mm & Plain GO/NOGO Ring Gauges in the range of 6 to 250 mm. Blank design for both types is as per I.S.3485-1983. The manufacturing tolerance for Master Setting Rings is as per I.S.3485-1983 & that for Plain GO/NOGO Rings is as per I.S.3455-1971. Master Setting Rings are used to set internal diameter setting instruments such as Dial bore gauges; 3 point Internal micrometers and Dia-test plugs. Plain GO/NOGO Rings are Plain Limit Gauges for checking shafts.
Made from PRIME QUALITY Alloy steel; these rings are STABILISED by SUBZERO PROCESS @ -80ºC; in a specially designed low-temperature test chamber to arrest the dimensional growth. Calibration of these rings is done on Carl Ziess Make Horizontal Metroscope; the accuracy of which is TRACEABLE to National Standards of length through NPL. Individual gauge is supplied with a calibration report.
